Highway Hill is the perfect location for a wonderful yoga experience; the Hayloft, with its natural light and original wood beams (great for holding on to during balance poses!) is an airy and relaxing space to slow down and connect with your body, and the birdsong, rolling hills, and open skies are a sympathetic backdrop to your practice. Anthony Whitehead runs a regular yoga class on Wednesday mornings, 9.45-11.15am. Anthony’s teaching combines an eclectic mix of Hatha, Yin and Astanga styles, and has a particular interest in Yoga Natha (deep relaxation) techniques.
